Shipping Policy

Currently Fashionbirds.com operates and ships orders with in the United States

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please see options at checkout. All the orders qualify for free standard shipping. The actual cost of shipping will be displayed at the checkout. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.


Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges in our stores within 7 days of purchase with original receipt, tags and packaging.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Fashionbirds has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers. If you purchased items online at Fashionbirds.com, you may return them to us to the below ship to address. In interest of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewelry sets containing earrings or real body jewelry unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

If you receive an incorrect item, or damaged merchandise, please contact Fashionbirds.com Customer Support by calling xxxxxxxx, or emailing customersupport@Fashionbirds.com.Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.

Bundle Sets
The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or gift voucher's that could be used for future Fashionbirds orders. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
